سياسة التبديل والاسترجاع
نحن نرغب أن تحبي ملابس النوم التي تشترينها! إذا كنتِ بحاجة لتبديل أي منتج، يرجى التواصل معنا على الرقم 98862533 خلال 24 ساعة من استلام الطلب. نقوم بمعالجة جميع طلبات التبديل بسرعة ونسعى لتوصيل المنتج البديل خلال 24 ساعة. يُرجى ملاحظة أن هناك رسوم قدرها 1.250 د.ك على عمليات التبديل أو الاسترجاع فقط, يتم احتساب 2 د.ك كرسوم توصيل وإعادة تخزين.
مهم جدًا: تحت أي ظرف من الظروف ما نقدر نقبل استبدال أو إرجاع أي قطعة إذا كانت فيها أي ريحة، سواء عطر، بخور، معقم، أو أي رائحة أخرى نهائيًا. كذلك، يمنع غسل القطعة أو تنظيفها (دراي كلين) قبل إرسالها لنا للاستبدال أو الإرجاع. إذا كانت القطعة فيها أي رائحة أو تم غسلها أو تنظيفها، فللأسف ما راح نقدر نقبل طلب الاستبدال أو الإرجاع.

يرجى الملاحظة أن التبديل أو الاسترجاع متاح فقط للطلبات داخل الكويت خلال 7 أيام. حالياً، لا نوفر استرجاع أو تبديل للطلبات المرسلة إلى دول مجلس التعاون الخليجي.

Exchange/Return Policy
We want you to love your nightwear! If you need to exchange an item, please contact us at 98862533 within 24 hours of receiving your order. We handle all exchange requests promptly and strive to deliver the new items within 24 hours. Please note, there is a fee of 1.250 KD for exchanges and for returns only, a 2 KD fee will apply as a delivery and restocking fee.
Important: Under no circumstances will we accept any returns or exchanges if an item has any smell whatsoever, including but not limited to perfume, bakhoor (incense), sanitizer, fabric softener, detergent, smoke, or any other odor. Additionally, the item must not be washed, dry cleaned, or cleaned in any way before being returned or exchanged. If the item has any odor or has been washed or cleaned, the return or exchange request will be declined.

Please note, exchanges/refunds are only offered on orders in Kuwait within 7 days. At this moment, no refunds/exchanges are offered on GCC deliveries.
